When assembling the salad you should bear in mind that the way you package or arrange your salad components matters a lot. All the components should be visible as much as possible thus the plate should not be overcrowded. If the components have different colours contrasting coloTurs should be arranged following each other not similar colours to give a clear distinction. Assemble the lettuce on a plate and put a few slices of lemon around the plate at the edges. Putting the lemons at an even distance from each other; this makes the dish look niece and presentable. Dress the lettuce on top, with some olives. Uniformly place the quarter hardboiled egg wedges around the plate at the edges. Add tomato wedges and the crab legs on top of the content and finally the sliced avocadoes.
